Replicating the engineering and delivery standard established in Ghana for a second sovereign market — with the complexity of commissioning across different supply chain, regulatory, and operational environments while maintaining Digital Realty's globally consistent operational specifications.

Solution

Pontis Systems applied the same full-spectrum BMS and critical environment automation framework developed for the Ghana deployment, adapted for the Lagos facility's specific MEP infrastructure.
